 For this week, we have been researching about Grit. Especially people who have shown grit ( Either Famous or Family Member) I chose Walt Disney, The one who made all of these wonders that little kids watch now.

 FOr this week, we had to learn about Grit. Grit was about how you are never giving up no matter what.

So for this week, I had to study about The Science Of Happiness. When I was studying. I watched a Video From Life Noggin which was about The Science Of Happiness. I researched about Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, And Endorphins.

Reading Term 3 Week 2&3

 For this week, I have read about Inner Peace. We have been studying about to learn about what does inner peace looks for me. We even watched a scene of Kung Fu Panda, How Po found Inner Peace. I also had to learn what Spiritual Health, Mental Health, Physical Health, etc. 
 

 

For me, Inner Peace looks like accepting yourself and others for who they are, simply being kind and treat others how you want to be treated. Its also how you can be happy if you make peace with yourself.

The reason I put a music note is because i like listening to Music and the reason i put a stack of books is because i like going to the School Library and simply read. The Reason i put a Pencil is because I like Drawing and  I use drawing as a hobby.

I think the Health that im mostly at peace with is Social but i think i need to work on Physical because i need to work on physical i just feel like i need to work on that.
