For PBL this week we've been researching about The Science Of Happiness, It was about 4 things. Endorphins, Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin. Dopamine plays a role on how we feel pleasure. which has a major part of our human ability to make us think and plan, For example, it helps us focus, strive, and find things interesting. Oxytocin is a hormone that is like a chemical messenger in the brain, controlling the reproductive system and characteristics of the human behaviour. Serotonin is the hormone which stabilize our mood, feelings of well-being. This hormone effects the entire body, Serotonin hormones kick in when you feel like your someone special or feel significant. Endorphins are chemicals in the body produced by the body to relieve stress and pain . They work similarly to a class of drugs called opioids. This can increase your happiness by Exercising. Exercising will increase your endorphin chemicals.
